Our Commitment

The American Samoa Government is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. If you require assistance completing your traveler declaration due to a disability or for any other reason, the following options are available:

Phone Assistance

In-Person Assistance

Visit the Immigration Office at the Port Administration in Pago Pago for in-person help with your declaration.

On-Arrival Assistance

Assistance is available at the airport and seaport upon arrival in American Samoa for travelers who were unable to complete their declaration online.
