Our Commitment

The American Samoa Government is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of the American Samoa Digital Arrival Card (ASDAC) system to ensure that all travelers can complete their declarations independently and efficiently.

Accessibility Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.

Our efforts are guided by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which requires federal agencies and organizations receiving federal funding to make their electronic and information technology accessible to people with disabilities.
